Lonnie DeWitt

Lonnie DeWitt was born in El Centro, California on January 4, 1947. Upon the death of his mother in 1957, Lonnie moved to San Francisco, California where he graduated as the Class Valedictorian. Lonnie holds an Associate of Science Degree in Business, at Victor Valley College; an Associate of Science Degree in Administration, with the Community College of the Air Force; and an Associate of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, with the University of Maryland. Lonnie has also accumulated twelve semester hours toward a Master of Science Degree in Systems Management. He is currently enrolled with Golden Gate University (a December, 1999 graduate) in an Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) program. It was in the Spring of 1967, while stationed at DaNang Air Base, Vietnam, where Lonnie wrote his poem, "Vietnam - Mirrored Visions." Lonnie is now a highly decorated, retired Air Force veteran of over twenty-three years. Lonnie is married and has two sons, Kenslo Gary and Lonnie Faustino, Jr., and a lovely daughter, Shane Faustina. After traveling worldwide, he now resides in Sacramento, California. |
